Shifting to Black

Shifting to Black by Barb Shadow is a creepy paranormal story that will leave you shivering in terror. It is one of the most twisting stories of its kind, action all the way in a fast-paced unique plot. The characters are amazing, well-developed, including the cat, and you get plenty of opportunities to become well acquainted with them; you will feel as though you are old friends by the time you get to the end. You seriously will not want to put this book down; once you start reading, you’re in it to the end. Be prepared for plenty of mystery, suspense, terror, and more than a few chills as you enter New Castle Asylum. Highly recommended for fans of the paranormal, and those who just want a story with a great plot to lose themselves in for a few hours.

This is an absolutely terrifyingly, gripping read. It will give you goosebumps. The storyline will constantly have you on the edge of your seat. It's very difficult to put down once you start. I was shaking by the end!
